| Jetrise Holdings Ltd.(HK) was established in 1996. In 1998, it set up the Cheng Xin Weaving Factory and introduced several automated and semiautomated weave machineries. The self-owned subsidiary, Paujeca Int'l Ltd.(HK) and Paujeca Enterprise , has over 14 years experiences on trading of raw materials and accessories since 1990. They also serve as agent of several exclusive raw materials, such as Spanish lefa, Bonded Leather in Spain, Italian westean collection and Pu microfiber leather. |

| A factory is located at No. 24 , Yan Jiang Road , En Cheng Town , En Ping City , G.D. Province , China with around 30000 square feet. The factory employs up to 350 labours while the Weaving Department has 250 skilled workers. |
